This is the only thing that matters. Who cares about the motor if you got a rust free Miata for less than a grand. Just gives an excuse to LS swap!

I want to say that something looks off with the paint. I cant tell if it’s faded paint, a subpar respray, or dipped. Looks good if there isn’t a bunch of rust under there.

How is the tune with a carby vs. fuel injected? I was thinking NA 13B for now and then adding the T later with my Holset HX35.

Is it like a matte color used? Or just not a very shiny clearcoat? Maybe its just because im so used to the classic Miata red.

But its already been done so well! I would love to LS swap my Miata if the motor ever decides to give up the ghost and the body hasn’t rusted all the way away yet.

If you plan on adding turbo save yourself the trouble and find a 4port turbo keg. Check rx7club out pretty sure a few Miata guys who may have some advice.
But the s5 na I say carb because it’s cheaper and easier to make a bit more power. Unless you really wanna stay EFI you would need a stand alone ecu 800$+ which isn’t really worth the gains IMO unless it’s ported.
